Where home feels right

“Thanks to Davy's expertise and network, we were able to purchase our apartment in Spain. Kim ensured that our house immediately felt like a home by using the right colors and materials in her interior design advice. After the renovation, our Airbnb has been rented out non-stop, and all guests are enthusiastic about the unique atmosphere in our home. Communication with both Davy and Kim was excellent. We had direct lines of communication and received quick responses. They are also very accessible and helpful during the aftercare phase.”

"Highly recommended real estate agency. They provide excellent service and customer care. Davy is very efficient and quick with all the paperwork."

“Working with Kim at Studio Blanco was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Her vision, taste, and professionalism elevated our entire space into something truly extraordinary. Kim has a remarkable ability to blend design sensibility with cultural authenticity, she thoughtfully sourced local furniture and décor from Frigiliana, seamlessly integrating the charm of the region into every detail of the project. What impressed me most was Kim’s grace under pressure. Several unexpected challenges cropped up during the project, the kind that could derail a timeline or compromise quality, but she handled each one with expertise, calm confidence, and creative problem-solving. Her dedication never wavered, and the result speaks for itself: a warm, elegant, and inviting interior that feels both timeless and deeply personal. Kim’s work is more than decoration, it’s storytelling. I can’t recommend Studio Blanco highly enough. If you want a designer who brings heart, talent, and flawless execution to every corner of your home, Kim is the one.”

"We listed our apartment with Davy & Kim at Studio Blanco and the service we received was superb. As a Team, using Davy’s excellent estate agent experience and Kim’s creative talents, they presented our apartment in a unique and attractive way not seen with other agents. Davy was diligent and incredibly thorough throughout the entire selling process. Communication was excellent. Davy kept us up to date at every step and despite some challenges was able to ensure a smooth sale with completion taking place only 2 months after it was first advertised. Thank you to you both for a great job well done. We wish you and Studio Blanco every success" 😀 "We highly recommend Studio Blanco to anyone looking to sell their property who wants a unique, hands-on experience."

"Davy is a very approachable, reliable agent. Always answers any questions to the best of his abilities and if he doesn't have an answer to a question, he'll find out or point you in the right direction. As a foreigner trying to buy a property abroad that is very important. We haven't found the right property for us as yet but Davy is definitely the right man for this job. I definitely recommend him. Thank you Davy and Kim."

"Davy and Kim are professionals in their respective fields, Davy being a honest estate agent and Kim an artistic interior designer - this team ensures that when you secure your new property that it's a smooth transaction and once you get the keys it can be made beautifully unique with quality furnishings to not only enhance the visual appeal but the value also! I have no hesitation in recommending these amazing people."
